Kids had a great time this year! Morgan kept saying she was a Captain. Bryce had a blast saying trick or treat...sometimes he was more interested in the dogs he saw then the candy he was getting.

Bryce fell down the steps this morning and busted his chin open. So to the ER went! When they put him in the room they had me put some numbing medicine on his chin for 20minutes. We watched cartoons and he ended up falling asleep. When they came back to stitch him up, woke up! So they buddled him up in a sheet and a nurse held his head and another held his legs. He was crying and screaming so much he threw up all over the nurses and doctor. When I picked him up so they could clean up the bed he turned to me and said "All Done?" It broke my heart! Then we laid him back down and the doctor sewed him up. He still screamed the whole time. Finally when we was all done, I picked him up and i told him he was all done. He calmed down and looked at the Nurse's and Doctor and said "Thank You" They about melted. The one nurse said they never had a child say thank you! So he is doing well! He just wants to keep taking the bandaide off! What an experience for me. 4 years with Morgan and nothing. A year and a half with Bryce and his first trip! I guess this is what the future holds!! Thank goodness for good insurance!

We are moving back to Pa again! So after much prayer, fasting we have decided that the kids and I will live in Pa and Ben will follow, as soon as a job opens up! He really feel that it will be soon that Ben gets a better job! This will be the 4th trip across the country! Wow!!! I am ready to just settle down and have a house of out own!! It will be someday, but we have to sacrifice first! Well, back to packing!!! Thank You all for your prayers!

House Update!

So the house we are renting is in forclosure and went up for auction this past thursday! We got contacted today by a realty company and apparently it didn't get sold and so the bank does this thing called cash for keys! They give you money for the keys to the house and to leave the house in sellable condition. Then, they give us about a month to find another place. So, at this point we will start to pack all the stuff we don't need right now. We are praying in the meantime that Ben gets a job and we can head back to the east coast! I should be a pro at moving after all this!!! Will update when we find out more!!!

Daddy having a bad day!

Ben was having a bad day yesterday! When we went to walmart to get somethings they had all the valentine's day stuff on major clearance! Morgan saw this bear and wanted to get it for daddy! So we did....

Later that night we made him a card! We set the Bear and card right infront of the door, so when he opened the door it was the first thing he saw!!

Morgan did such a great job coloring and decorating with all the stickers! We set it up and she said to me "Daddy is just going to love it!" She was so proud of herself! So was I!

A lot has been going on the past couple of months! So here is a little update! Bryce turned 1 December 6th! Me and the kids went to PA for Thanksgiving. Ben has been applying to a lot of jobs. We are hoping to get a job that gets us closer to the east coast. But we will see. Time will tell. The house we are renting is in forclosure and is going up for auction in a month. So we are not sure what is going to happen with that! Just a lot of stuff, but doing well. Kids are getting big and keep me busy!!

Yes it is my last birthday in my twenties! It has been a crazy couple of months, so i am hoping to update this week! Last night we ran out of propane for our heat! I was like that is okay it won't get to cold! So, this morning we woke up to 6-7 inches of snow! I was like "u have got to be kidding me." So needless to say it is around 59 degrees in our house right now! I am waiting for the propane truck to come! I am hoping he can make it up our streets! The kids are all bundled up in pants and sweatshirts! Wat a day! But there is so much I am thankful for on my birthday! My husband, my kids, my family, my in-laws, the gospel, my friends, and so much more! I will enjoy my birthday cuddling up on the couch with my kids and hot chocolate! Probably playing in the snow also! Morgan has been bugging me to play in the snow since she woke up! ANyway, will try to update this week!

My friend was over with her little boy Joey, who Morgan loves to play with. We were talking and I noticed it was a little to quiet for my liking with them. For the past two weeks I was looking ot buy a van! We were just running out of room in our little 2002 Honda Civic. So I went and test drove 2, but it just didn't feel right. So Last week I went o a dealership up the road to see what they had in used vans! They didn't have anything in my price range. He asked me what I thought of SUV's. I like them but I just thought I should get a van. Well, as you see it is not a van! I just fell in love with it and it was in my price range. It is a 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor. I have to brag and say that I am very proud of myself in getting this car. I did a lot of research and I stuck to my guns when it came to dealing with the saleperson. He had to go to his manager 3 times to get to where I needed in the payments. At first he was only going to give me $5500 for my trade in. At the end he gave me $8000 for my trade in and most of that they will give me a check to pay off ben's car. That was the only way we could get another car, is to pay off Ben's. I love my car. I have a lot more room and it has a CD player!!!! Yes my other car did not. Morgan always asks if we are going to go in the "BIG" car! Isn't it so pretty????

I hate potty training!!! Morgan is doing really well with peeing in the potty. She wears big girl panies all the time. She just won't poop in the potty!! We have tried giving here candy as a reward, taking books, movies and toys away. We have tried making her sit on the potty for a long time. I just don't know what else to do!!! I am getting very frustrated! Any ideas???? PLEASE!!!

Morgan's Dinner Prayer

Tonight when dinner was ready I said that we needed to say prayer and Morgan said that she wanted to say it. This is her prayer:

"Dear Heavenly Father. How does it go? Thank you for this day. Please bless this food. Please bless Daddy that he is safe. Please bless Mommy that she got me a surprise at the store. Bless Bryce, he is rolling over! bless we will have good dreams. say these things, in the christ, Amen."

It took all I had from laughing. They are so cute and innocent. She is growing up so fast. I can't believe that she is going to be 3 at the end of the month. She is such a good kid and a great big sister.

The other day she said the cutest thing.

Me: "He is at work"

Me: "He has to make money so that mommy can stay home with you and bryce."

One day last week I told Morgan to go pick up her toys in her room before she got a snack. Well, she just had a fit. She threw herself on the floor and started crying. I just ignored her and kept doing what I was doing. As I walked by her, she said to me:

" This is so wrong!!"

I said "What is so wrong?"

She said "Me crying"

It took all I had not to laugh right then and there. She makes me laugh everyday and she is a GREAT big sister and helper to mommy and daddy!!

At the beginning of March we found a house to rent in Arizona! At the beginning of April the kids and I left PA and went to be with Ben. It is very nice to be together as a family again. It was very bitter-sweet to leave PA. I enjoyed living with my mom and dad and being able to see by brothers and sister and inlaws all the time. I am glad that Morgan was able to spend a lot of time with her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. I am also very glad that I was able to share my pregnancy and birth of Bryce with the family. I miss you all so much and can't say thank you enough to all of you for all your love and suppport during this past year. Please give all the kids hugs and kisses from all of us!! Below is a picture of our house. I will send more of the inside when I have it decorated.

Quick Update

So things have been busy, but that is no excuse for not posting pictures. Sorry!!! Ben came in on December 3 to stay for a month. It is really nice to be with him and feel like a family again. 4 months is a long time. I don't know how military wives do it. They are awesome!

On December 6, 2008 @ 3:42 pm our little son was born. Bryce Thomas Wilson. He was 8lbs 11ozs. 20 1/2 inches long. He is just beautiful. I saw the doctor on friday the 5th. I was 3cm and he stripped my membranes. 2 hours later I was having contractions about 4-6 minutes apart. I called him and he sent me into the hospital to be monitered due to the fact that I was going to try a V-BAC (vaginal birth after having a c-section). They wanted to keep an eye on me because of the risk of uterine rupture. So they admitted me to the hospital and my contractions went away over night. At about 2:30 in the morning I woke up not knowing if I should just go and do the c-section or go home and wait it out. I called ben the next morning and we decided to go ahead with the c-section. I felt that if this is not what is supposed to happen then the lord will make labot start. There were 2 other women before me getting c-sections and since I wasn't in major labor I had to wait until last. Which was fine. When my turn was up they took me to the operating room and got me all ready before ben came in. Not to much longer the doctor said it was a boy and then said "there is no way we could have done a V-BAC with him." It made feel feel so good that I made the right decision to do the c-section. Who knows what problems would have accured if I would have tried a V-BAC! So we have a healthy baby boy and a big sister who adores him.

I am getting around pretty well. I am not aloud to drive for two wks or pick up anything but Bryce. When I am feeling good I forget and do to much and then I am hurting the next day. It is so hard to take it easy when there is so much to do.

So, this is the update and hopefully I can find the time to put pictures up really soon. I will post the directions to see Bryces picture on the Memorial Hopsital website.

Where Have I Been?

Wow I can't believe it has been 5 months (i think) since I have blogged. Time really flies. So I thought I would give a run down of what has been happening these past couple months and will post pictures soon.

First off Ben and I are still living apart. It is getting harder and harder. We are still trying to figure something out until Republic calls him back. He cam back in June for father's day and to celebrate Morgans Birthday. It was a fun but quick trip. I went out to visit him in August for 10 days. It was nice. I was a little bored because he still was working and Morgan was here in PA. I didn't know what to do with myself!!!

In the meantime I was working for Martin Foor and Ankle. I was a Physical Theropy Tech. Lindsey got me the job. It was great. It was only supposed to be fpr 8 weeks and turned into 4-5 months. I am greatful for mine and Ben's family for watching Morgan while I worked. The job was getting harder as I was getting bigger with this baby. So it ended at the perfect time.

I was also helping plan Lindsey's wedding and doing all the Maid of Honor stuff. The wedding was beautiful. The bride was breathtaking. They are very Happy. We are getting ready for the open house this weekend! Busy Busy!! Ben's mom had to make my dress due to my huge belly!!! It was very pretty.

Morgan is growing up so fast. I can't believe she is 2 already! She is a smarty pants and keeps me on my toes all the time. She loves being here with here Aunts, Uncles, cousins and Grandparents. She has a little attitude with the looks to go with it. I hate to say it, but she gets it from me! Ben would agree!! I think she will be a great Big Sister.

For those that do not know we are having a BOY!! We are very excited. It will be a change. Is is a mover already!! I am actually on Medicine and Bed rest for awhile. Which is hard with a 2yr old. I was having pain on Monday Oct 13th. They felt like cramps with period. I didn't think much of it until it wouldn't go away all day. So I called the doctor and they told me to go to the hospital to get checked out. Well, i was having contractions every 2-3 minutes. They weren't to bad. They checked me to make sure I wasn't dialated, which I wasn't! Thankgoodness. Tehy gave me a shot of medicine to stop the contractions, it worked, but made your heart race and made me jittery. When that started to wear off they went to give me another one, but my heart rate was still to high. They decided to give me another medicine. That really didn't help. I started having more and stronger contractions. Needless to say I had to stay over night. Andy and my dad came and gave me a blessing. I love the power of the priesthood! Iwas sent home the next day at 9:30 in the morning with medicine and bed rest. So that has been hard. I am doing well. Nothing major since. I have to remind myself to take it easy and can't do certain things. I can't believe I only have 2months left and this little man will be here. Very exciting!

The Blessings among Trials

Sorry I haven't posted for awhile things have been crazy! Just wanted to update on things that have been going on. Three days into Ben's training he and 30 other people got laidoff. Due to the Frontier Airline going under they have to reorganize those pilot and they were closing the Denver base, and have to relocate all of those pilots. SO.......They gave Ben $1000 dollars and told them that they would be the first people they would call in July or August for rehire. So Ben jumped in his car and drove BACK to Arizona. He will be working there until we July or August. I am staying out here in Pa because we gave up our Apartment and have no place to go there. Ben is renting a room out of a house with some co-workers. I have a part time job here and being here with family helps at this time.

The many blessings: Ben's work took him back like he never left. we didn't have to wait to be put on insurance, and he was eligiable for the bonus in June. It is really nice to be with family and have them help out with Morgan when I work and during this pregnancy as well.

Despite the shock and frustration at first, Ben, Morgan, and I are doing fine. It is hard being away from him but we know this is all for a reason and feel good about everything working out the way it is intended.

We are moving from Arizona!!

This is the place Ben is going to be working for. They are based on the East Coast! Ben has to be to training in St. Louis, Missouri on April 21st. I will be in Pa while he is in training and until we find out where we will be based. We have requested Pittsburgh. We shall see. We are very excited and have been waiting fot this job for a while. W eare very blessed!!

This is the plane Ben will be flying. I am so proud of him! He is a great pilot.

It has been quit and adventure for us this past week. Ben's interview was scheduled for Tuesday March 18th in Indianapolis, Indiana. HE left Sunday night to stay in a hotel in Phoenix because part of the highway was closed and he wanted to make sure we would make his plane on Monday. He checked into his flight, which was standby, and did not get on that flight. They put him on another flight to Chicago and Indianapolis. That flight was delayed due to weather in Chiocago. When it finally left and he landed in Chicago he had missed his connecting flight. It was around 11 pm and he went o see when the next flight to Indiana left. The people who could help him were gone and they wouln't be back till 3:30am. So he had to sleep in the airport till then. When that time came, he went to the desk to check on the next flight. To his surprise they said that they didn't fly to Indiana. So they put him on a flight to Philidelphia and then to Indiana. He did not get to Indiana until 1pm. Tuesday. They rescheduled his interview for Wednesday. He got a hotel and was able to rest for the interview thw next day. After the interview he was waiting for his plane back to Phoenix. He did not make that flight because it was full also. Any flight that they had would have put him into pheonix to late to make our flight onThursday to Salt Lake City. So his mom had to redo his ticket to go from Indiana to Salt Lake City. So we finally saw eachother at 2am friday morning after he got into Salt Lake. We are glad we got the job, after going thru all this.

March 8th was our Anniversary. We have been married 6 years. I can't believe it. Time really flies. We have been through alot in these 6 years and have been so blessed. I love him more and more each day. I can't imagine my life without him. He is wonderful and loves morgan and I so much. He is working so hard to provide for us. I appriciate him so much. I Love You So Much Ben!!!!

Play Date

I have a friend that I used to work with at the Retirement Home. She was watching her Granddaughter for the week, so she asked me to bring Morgan over for a Play Date. They are a little less then a moth apart! Her name is Gianna! They played so good together. It was nice to spend time with my friend who I hadn't seen in awhile. She was like a mom away from home. She is so funny!!

So a couple sunday's ago we came home from church and Morgan was pretty excited. She was doing circles in the living room. So Ben went and got some music and put it on our tv. Needless to say she loved it and we all dances for like 20 minutes. We did the Hampster Dance, The chicken Dance (Which she knows the motions to) and the song "Jump Around". I don't think our neighbors down stairs appriciated the last song. But, oh well. We had a good time.

Ok, so last night was a rough night. I was not feeling well, I had a huge headache. I was trying to cook dinner when Morgan wanted yogurt to eat. After trying other things with her until we would eat I just gave in. She wanted yogurt in her highchair and watch Elmo. I couldn't fight anymore. So I put her in her highchair watching Elmo. I was making dinner and washing dishes. When dinner was done, I went to see how far she had made it with her yogurt, let's just say she made it pretty far, it just didn't end up in her mouth. All I could do was laugh.

We asked the waitress if they did anything for Birthday's and she said that they didn't. She said that she could lite a tortilla chip on fire as a candle. I said great!! So that is what I am blowing out on top of out Molten Lava Cake!! The girls and the waitress sand Happy Birthday also. The coolest thing was that when I blew our my chip we ate like half the desert and realized that the center was still cold and hard, it was supposed to be melted and warm. So we asked the waitress about it and she got us another one. So we actually got two for the price of one. Which was awesome, because that cake is AWESOME!!!!!

After dinner three of us went bowling. I haven't been bowling since I was pregnant. Which I had one of my best games then. Anyway...This is pregnant Halee doing the famous backwards bowling.

Last night Morgan was in the bathtub and I was on the phone with my mom and Ben was in the office. I was talking to my mom and had to ask ben a question, so I called out "Ben.." asked the question and continued talking to my mom. The next thing I see is Morgan standing up in the tub and calling out "Ben.. Ben.." We were just busting up laughing.

Then later I turned the speaker phone on so my mom could talk to Morgan while she was in the tub. My mom asked her how old she was. I said "can you say one" she looked at me and said "two". I kept trying to get her to say one, but she insisted that we were counting and kept saying two!!! It was pretty funny!! She cracks me up everyday, all day!! I just love her!

Sorry it has been so long since I have blogged. The most exciting thing for us is that Ben Graduated From College. It is Finally over!!! He graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Az. He graduated on December 8, 2007 with his Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical Science (Pilot). He is currently working as a flight instructor for the school and we are just waiting for a job that may bring us back east!! I am so proud of him. He worked fulltime and went to school fulltime this last year and a half. He did awesome! I just love hime soo much! He is an awesome pilot!! This is also what has been going on with us......

Trip to Pa!

In October we found out that my Uncle had died. He was cutting down a tree and a branch/limb fell on his head. He was knocked out, but still alive. They flew him to Heggerstown (sp?) Maryland and his heart stopped as they were taking him off the chopper! He was only 49! He was the most generious man I have ever know! He would do anything for anyone! He will be missed, but we know that he is in better place!

I was planning on making a surprise trip to Pa. When the news of my uncle came I had to move my depature up a week and a half to be there for the funeral. I ended up staying 5 weeks. I was taking pictures of my mom and dad and morgan thought she could be in the pictures too. I think this is adorable. Morgan and her Pappy!!

My parents, Morgan, and I went to Rocky Ridge Park to see the lights they have every year. Morgan enjoyed walking off the path (hope that's not a sign fo the future!! j/k). She liked the lights and cryed when she saw Santa! She was pretty tired and cold!!

Christmas Day was nice and quiet! Morgan had a great time opening presents!

Nursery Time Already!!

I can't believe it is time for her to go to nursery already! Time flies! I started taking her to nursery a couple weeks before she was 18 months. She cryed if I was in there or not! Finally the Sunday she was officially 18 months she stayed in nursery the whole 2nd hour all by herself. This is what she looked like when I picked her up (minus the missing pony tail on the left side). She was so excited to see me. I had to take a picture when I go home!

18th Month Check up

We went for Morgans 18 month check up. She had to get 4 shots.

Once I turned on Elmo when we got home she was pretty Happy!!

She felt pretty good until the end of the day and then she started running a fever. It lasted 2 days, but only happened at the end of the day! She is such a big girl!!

So Morgan loves bracelets. I bought her two packs of pretty ones at Wal-Mart for 88 cents for twelve. So when we got home I gave them to her and she put all 24 on her arm and played with them all on her arm. He favorite game is to take them off and hand them to me and saying "here you go" after each one, then when they are all off I hand them to her and she puts them back on and says "Thank You" after each one!

She loves "purses". She is such a girl! This little frog basket she has on her head usually has all the bracelets in it! I think this is such a cute snap shot! She loves her night gowns too. She thinks she is soo big!!!

Morgan loves her backpacks. We got them with The Scholastic Reading Program, which I love! She likes to wear both of them at the same time! Hope she is this eager when it comes time to actually go to school!!

So I attempted to put her hair in a pony tail. This is the result! Eventhough it was a struggle to get it in, she did leave it in all day!
I think she looks sooo cute!! Eventhough it is so tiny!!

She has more hair in the back then on top! It is getting thick and curly!! I think she is going to have curly hair!! That would look so cute if it turns out red too!!

So one night I decided it was time to clean out my closet and make a pile of clothes to give to goodwill. I came across this tank top that I love!!! Yes I know that it is not int he best of shape. I have had this tank top for YEARS, and just couldn't get rid of it because i loved it and I couldn't find another one like it!! I looked everywere.

Ok, so this is how Sunday began. Morgan woke me up about 8:30am. We got up and ate breakfast and played. I was on the computer finishing up my lesson for Young Women's when all of a sudden I felt very dizzy, lightheaded, hot, and extremely sick to my stomach. So I layed down on the floor to rest a little bit. As I went to the bathroom to throw up morgan followed. I proceded to throw up with morgan right by my head talking to me and trying to put her hand in the toilet. Trying to make yourself feel better and keeping your child out of the mess is pretty hard. Anyway, I went in to bed and woke up ben and told him he needed to get up with her so I got sleep and rest. This was about 10:00am. So he did and I fell asleep. At 2:00pm (needless to say we didn't make it to church) ben came in and woke me up and asked me to look at Morgan's eye. Her eye was red, swollen, and had yellow junk coming out of the corners of her eye. Well, needless to say me nap was over. But I felt much better. I think I was just over tired. Anyway, so I called the on call doctor and she told me to take her to the ER for and evaluation. So that is what we did.

Morgan's first trip to the ER. Her little band it adorable, if she didn't have shoes on it would fall right of her little foot!!!

This is what her eye looked like when we left. Well, when we were in the ER we din't have to wait more then five minutes ( what a blessing). Every nurse or doctor that came to see her she would burst into tears. She was not enjoying this adventure. So we found out that Morgan has PINK EYE!!! When we were waiting for the doctor to come back with the perscription Morgan saw a crack in the curtain and started to walk out. It was really funny. She just wanted to egt out of there. We have to put two drops in each eye four times a day. What a chore. Morgan is pretty strong for as little as she is. But, got to do what you got to do!!

This is what Morgan looked like this morning. It has spread to the other eye. The poor thing looks like she got beat up!! It hasn't stopped her though. I have descovered that most of the time that Morgan and I get sick it is ont he weekends when no doctor's offices are open. We are all being careful and have never washed my hand so many times in my life. Pretty much every 5-10 minutes. But things will get better.

Worst Blogger in the World!!! That's Me!!!

So I have come to accept that I am the worst blogger in the world!!! =) But I am trying to get better. Anyway, I am so sorry it has taken me forever to update. Things have been crazy. I thought I would give you an update and I added a couple pictures for you. I promise there will be more to come. Where to start!!

When I got home form Pa in May i started babysitting 2 kids. A 2 yr old and a now 7 month old. I would have them from 7:30-5:30 a couple times a week. Which I am still currently doing. I am splitting it with a friend so it makes it a little bit easier. Then we had Morgan's big 1st Birthday (pics to come). Ben has been super busy with school and work. We are counting down the days to his graduation. Dec 6th, 2007!!!! We are excited. After graduation we are hoping to move back east, but it all depends on where he gets a job!! Besides no matter where we go we get free airline tickets, so I will be back as mush as possible, maybe more then now!!!

This summer my mom came out to pheonix and her, morgan and I drove to Utah to visist friends and family. We met Jamie's soon-to-be sister-in-law, who is adorable!!We saw my grandparents and Ben's dad and step mom and sisters. Morgan did really well on that trip, we were very proud of her (pics to come).

I just started playing on a coed indoor soccer team. We play every thursday night. It is nice to go and just have fun. It is a huge range of ages and talent. I must say I was impressed with myself, because i haven't played in soooooooooooo long, that is until I had a breakaway and completly missed the ball when I went to shoot. It was pretty funny!!! That has been fun adn hoping to continue to do it. My friend Shalene and her husband baught an old skating rink and turned it into an indoor soccer field. It is really nice.

Friday August 31 Ben's step mom died of cancer. She was diagnosed in february or march of 2007. We just got back today from her funeral in Wyomming. We left wednesday night and got home this afternoon. They have a boy, who is serving a mission in tempe, az; and 4 girls. One is in college, one is 15, one is 13, and one is 11. It was a beautiful funeral but very difficult. She was ready to go and to be out of pain and to see her other daughter that was stillborn in 1989. She was a wonderful, kind, and loving women. Mother's hug and kisses your children often and tell them you love them all the time. Daughters hug and kiss your mothers as much as possible and always tell them you love them. It really has made me appriciate my family and husband sooooooooooooo much more. I have gained a great testimony of the wonderful works of the lord. The lord knew we were supposed to be at this funeral. Financially it was close to impossible. The lord made it possible thru help from others so that we could attend this funeral and say goodbye. I am ever so greatful fo rthis oppertunity and am so greatful for the wondeful families I have.

Just an update on morgan. I had her to the doctor this week and she weighs a whole 16lbs 4ozs. She is a little over 14mnths old. She is almost walking, but likes to crawl more becasue she knows she can get to where she wants to go faster. She is talking alot. She says a bunch of words: grandma, grandpa, pappy, cracker, baby, juice. thank you, please, puppy-she even makes the sound,mumma, dadda. I think that might be it for now. She loves to brush her teeth. She is working on #10 tooth. She also loves to take baths. She would take them all day long if I let her. She is always making me laugh. She waves goodbye, and plays peek-a-boo. When I ask her what a rooster says she says "doo". We love her to pieces and love watching her grow each and everyday!!

Plane Ride and 4th of July!!

My friends husband had called and asked if Ben could take his wife on a plane ride for her birthday. She had never been in a little plane before and has always wanted to fly in one. So we decided to make it a double date. We flew to a little airport near pheonix. I believe it was called Deer Valley. It was about an hour flight. When we landed we pulled right up to the Italian restaurant they had at the airport. It was a parking lot for planes. We went inside and had dinner, which was really good! I liked it better then the Olive Garden!! It was alittle bit more expensive then the Olive Garden, but soooooooooooo worth it!!

This is the first time we saw the fireworks since we have lived here. They were okay! Last 4th of july I had just come home from the hospital with morgan. What a bad day for Morgan!! It was her 12 month check up! She had to get blood drawn. They couldn't get the vain in the one arm so they had to go to the other arm. Me and a nurse had to hold her down while the other nurse took her blood. I felt so bad. And this was the end result!

So I was in the office trying to do some stuff online, and I heard her throwing stuff around. I came out and this is what i found. She loves going into that cabinet and getting out all the DVD's. I just had to laugh and take a picture.

Going in for more. She didn't know I was there watching her. Then when I asked her what she was doing she just smiled at me. It is so hard to get mad sometimes when they make those faces and you just start to laugh!!!

My friend Halee and I went to Las Vegas this past weekend to see Celine Dion in Concert!!! These our a couple pictures of our trip there.

This is the beautiful Hoover Dam!! It was very pretty. I have never been there before. There were alot of people and traffic was pretty slow going through it. But it was worth it!

I took this picture after I jumped out of the car (while it was still moving kind of slow) and then chased it up the road until I jumped back in!! It was fun, little scary, as you can tell I do my own stunts!!!!

Finally crossing into Nevada!! This is Hallee's car! It only took us 4 hours to get to Vegas!! Not a bad trip. I had to take this picture because I have never been to Las Vegas, let alone Nevada!! Had a great time!! Was ready to come home and see Ben and Morgan!! I missed them!!

This is Halee and I all dressed up and ready to Party!!! It was so nice to spend sometime on myself. We did eachothers hair and just had a great girls night!!

We spent all night at the Caesars Palace!! This is one of the many huge fountain in this place!

Yes, I am playing the slots! As you can tell, I have NO idea what I was doing!! I played a whole $2, then I was bored! Not only did we play the slots but we went into all the very, very expensive stores and tried on clothes and shoes. I tried on a $5000 fur coat. What an experience. Halee taught me how to act like I have money to spend, even though I don't!! It was great fun!

For the whole reason we came to Vegas!!! Celine Dion im Concert!! I don't have the word to describe how awesome it was. She sounded awesome. The dancers, the backgrounds, special effects were out of this world!! I am so glad I went and I will never forget it!!

Morgan's First Youth Dance!!!

Ben DJ's the youth dance in our stake!! This is the first dance Morgan has been to since she has been born! She was pretty excited when we got there with all the people dancing and she liked the music.

I got this picture when we were in the lobby taking a break! She just looks so cute! A lady offered to watch her while Ben and I could slow dance. It was so nice of here. It was nice to dance with my husband. We danced to our wedding song, so that makes it even more special.

Prescott Easter Egg Hunt

Prescott has an annual Easter Egg Hunt. It is at the Downtown Court House Square. You can bring your own basket or pay to make your own. Then you go around to all the different business's around the square and they give you Easter treats for your basket. Well, I thought that it would be fun. They made it sound like it was going to be awesome. You could also have your picture taken with the Easter Bunny! Well, needless to say, when we got there we were a little disappointed. There were alot of people there, but they had a stand for and a long line to make the easter basket. Maybe two or three people at a time could make a basket. Then they had a dunk tank (Why? I have no idea). A food stand that served Snow Cones. The Picture with Easter Bunny was the most popular thing. So Ben and I decided that we would put a blanket down and just sit and watch people and all the dogs that were there. Morgan loved watching the dogs. When one little dog came up to her, she didn't know what to do! It is so funny, sometimes she is afraid of dogs and cats and other times she isn't. Oh well!! Anyway, here are some pictures of her and us on the blanket Hangin Out!! It was a beautiful day to be out in the sun.

Morgan loves being in her high chair. She loves those biter biscuits. She can only eat them in her high chair and in her diaper. She is always such a mess after words. She's such a big girl!!

This is her new walker. She loved the one at my mom's so much i decided to get her one. It doesn't move as much because it is on the carpet. She still likes it cause is plays music!

On Valentine's Day my Aunt Kathy sent her a box of goodies. She liked what was in the box, but i think she enjoyed the box a little more. We still have the box with some toys on it so she can crawl in and out of the box!! I laugh so hard when I watch her do it.

She likes to play with her bumper. I caught her like this a couple times. Then I put the camera on the other side to see if I could get a picture of her and this is what came out....

She stands up in her crib now. I just can't believe how much she is growing. She stands there and cries and throws things over until you come and get her.

Daddy always likes to put his sunglasses on her!! Future Pilot? I think so!!

She had decided she is to big for the bouncer. She would try and cral out of it. She pulls herself thru the toys to the front!

My mom sent her a Valentine's card!! She loved trying to eat it. It kept her busy for awhile!

4 Generations

I am sure a lot of you already know that my Grandma passed away two days before christmas! She had alzheimer's pretty bad! I feel so blessed to have been able to attend her funeral and say goodbye. She was a beautiful women. Always dresses to the nine! She always wore high heels. I think that is where I get my love of high heels from. I also feel so blessed that I was able to get this 4 generation picture taken back in September. Morgan would just sit and smile at her. It was priceless. Even though I wasn't around her that much growing up feel I have a special bond with her. I have had a lot of experience working with alzheimer's patients. They have the sweetest spirit about them. Attending the funeral really made me appriciate my mother so much!! I am grateful for the close relationship I have with her. Take a moment and just be grateful for your mother and call her and tell her that you love her. Life is to short!!!
